1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cosmic Abundance LLC's services, scheduling a session, enrolling in a course or membership, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all services offered by Cosmic Abundance LLC, including but not limited to: 1:1 sessions, group programs, courses, memberships, digital products, physical products, and any content made available through our client portal.

2. Services

Cosmic Abundance LLC offers astrology consultations, Human Design readings, Gene Keys guidance, cosmic navigation coaching, courses, memberships, and related educational content. Our services are for informational, educational, and personal development purposes only.

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, medical emergency, or legal or financial difficulty, please seek appropriate professional help.

Cosmic Abundance LLC makes no guarantees about the outcomes of any service. Results vary and depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, circumstances, and openness to the work.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Session appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment (or, for complimentary sessions, upon booking confirmation). You will receive a confirmation email with session details and any pre-session materials.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made 48 or more hours before your scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your session will receive a credit toward rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session, and no-shows, forfeit the session entirely and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Cosmic Abundance LLC reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness or emergency. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.

4. Courses & Memberships

Course enrollment: Upon purchase, you will receive access to course materials through the client portal. Access is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Membership access: Memberships provide ongoing access to content and community as described on the relevant sales page. Membership benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Refunds on courses and digital products: Due to the digital nature of course and product content, all sales are final.

Membership cancellation:

If you enrolled using a complimentary 1:1 session, a minimum 3-month commitment applies before cancellation is available.
All other memberships are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time through your client portal or by contacting us at kieran@cosmicabundance.co.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products (PDFs, audio files, workbooks, physical journals, etc.) are delivered electronically or by mail and are for personal use only. All sales are final unless the product is materially different from its description.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from digital products without explicit written permission.

6. Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods made available through our checkout process.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored by Cosmic Abundance LLC. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes based on your location.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by Cosmic Abundance LLC — including session recordings (where applicable), course materials, written content, the Cosmic Research Journal, and other intellectual property — is owned by Cosmic Abundance LLC and protected by copyright.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased content for your own personal use. You may not:

Share access credentials or content with others
Reproduce or distribute content publicly
Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
Record sessions without prior written consent from Cosmic Abundance LLC

8. Confidentiality

Cosmic Abundance LLC treats all personal information shared during sessions and communications as confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (for example, using payment processors or scheduling tools).

If you share information during a session that indicates imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, Cosmic Abundance LLC may be obligated to take appropriate action, which may include contacting emergency services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Cosmic Abundance LLC does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

Astrological, Human Design, Gene Keys, and related services involve interpretation and personal perspective. Statements made during sessions represent the practitioner's impressions and are not predictions, medical diagnoses, or professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Abundance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Testimonials & Reviews

By submitting a testimonial, review, or feedback, you grant Cosmic Abundance LLC a non-exclusive license to use your words (and first name, if provided) in marketing materials. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at kieran@cosmicabundance.co.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or small claims court in Washington State.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the client portal. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
