Pluto in Aquarius & Neptune in Aries

Today I want to tell you a story about the dance of the planets, the rise and fall of empires, and the role of technology in the empowerment of the people.
This is a story about Pluto in Aquarius and how it has been the spark that lights the fire across centuries.
It’s also a story about harmonics and resonance - ripples in the planetary dances that echo across space and time. It’s about Neptune in Aries and Uranus in Gemini, because no planetary transit happens in a vacuum.
Pluto in Aquarius eras can be divided into 2 categories: those that had Neptune present in Aries for a significant portion of the era, and those that did not. Because of the orbital resonance of the two planets, this is literally a 50/50 split - every other Pluto in Aquarius era also has Neptune in Aries, and every 3rd Neptune in Aries era aligns with a Pluto in Aquarius era.
This is one reason why focusing too intently on the last Pluto in Aquarius era of 1777-1798 may be leading us astray somewhat - since that was a Neptune in Libra era, and I believe that Neptune is an important player in this story.
We’re going to start in ancient Greece, in the fifth century before Christ, and travel through the empires of the Middle East, meet a ragtag band of cult devotees whose lives have been touched by a guy named Jesus who became Christ, and follow his cult of worshippers through two millennia, up until the present day.
We’re also going to be weaving in some mythology and theories about the so-called “modern UFO phenomenon” and meet some of our galactic cousins, who, as we’ll see, have been with us and guiding us the entire time.
All along the way, I’ll be weaving in some lessons and strategies for how you can apply this ancient wisdom to your day-to-day life - so you can surf the planetary waves as they pass instead of getting dragged along.

Our story starts as far back as Astro-Seek’s transit finder will permit me to go, in the fifth century B.C.
From 429 until 403 BC, Pluto was in Aquarius, and the Classical Greek civilization was at its heyday - thanks to a set of obscure-to-us rituals known as the Mysteries of Eleusis.
The Mysteries were a set of elaborate rituals and experiences that occurred at the autumnal equinox, in tribute to Demeter, the goddess of the harvest. By all accounts the Mysteries were critically important to civilization. According to Plato, the Mysteries were what held the entire world together - and without them, the crops would fail and civilization would fall apart.
Clearly, the Mysteries were deeply sacred, but they were also deeply secretive. Central to the experience was a potent drink known as kykeon, the recipe for which was a closely guarded secret that only the highest of priestesses knew.
The participants in the Mysteries would drink the kykeon and then go on a guided tour of the temple complex, culminating in a shared vision that was so potent… it held the world together.
What did they see that was so magical? Whatever it was, it kept going - the mysteries were held every autumn without fail from around 1500 BC until A.D. 392 when they were outlawed by the Roman Emperor Constantine.
However, one year - one Pluto in Aquarius year, with Neptune in Aries in particular - a fuckboy named Alcibiades managed to get his hands on some of the kykeon, take it home to all of his friends at a house party of his own…
… served it up outside of the sacred container of the Mysteries …
… provoking the wrath of all the priestesses of Demeter, the government of Athens, and (almost certainly) Demeter herself)…
… and wouldn’t you know it, set off a chain of events that led to the decline of the Athenian civilization and the rise of Sparta, paving the way for the eventual turnover of the Greek civilization to some ambitious generals from a backwater known as Rome.
Throughout Pluto’s visits to Aquarius, we’ll see these common threads of a technology that expands human capability and thought, that empowers people and transforms society. This technology, whether or not it was actually developed with Pluto in Aquarius (and usually it was not), was ripe to take off among the masses, leading to irreversible social change and empowerment of the people - for better or for worse.
Because one thing about self-governance is that it’s a skill, that is both earned and lost without practice. A country so badly out of practice, when given the chance, will not “choose the best way” automatically.
So what was in that kykeon, anyway? What were the participants of the Mysteries drinking that led to such a transcendent vision?
“If you come to Eleusis, you won’t ever die.” Pretty powerful marketing, if your audience is a bunch of mortals.
Theories have been tossed around since the 1970’s with the publication of Road to Eleusis by Wasson, Hoffman, and Ruck - but it wasn’t until recently that it has been actually proven by scientific archaeological research - archaeomycology - that the secret to the kykeon involved ergotized barley or wheat - ergot being the primary precursor to LSD.
The Mysteries were a trip - literally and physically.
Now, if you’re psychedelically naive - meaning you have not experienced LSD, psilocybin mushrooms, or their kind - this may sound far-fetched, but if you are experienced in the psychedelic realm, you’re probably thinking - DUH.
Psychedelics break us out of our habitual perceptions, shattering the illusion that we are separate from the world, and showing us all the ways in which we are interconnected.
They also have a way of showing us things that those who rely on 3D power structures and the illusion of separation do not want, which is why they remain staunchly illegal - though now that Pluto is transiting Aquarius again, the kykeon is starting to flow again (though it never stopped in many circles).
Another thing that experiencers frequently report is contact with “interdimensional beings” a lot like those that UFO experiencers report.
So what does this mean for you, a soul incarnated into a human body, experiencing life in the 21st century?
Well, most importantly, it means that it’s time for you to shake off the illusion that this human form is “you” and embody the realization that you are so, so much more than that, and that this is the experience that you chose.
